Publisher could be used to make a template for coupons, as MS Word could as well. I am sure you can find a software program to assist you at a computer store or Staples.

Have you talked to the bank who handles the HOA money for suggestions? Our bank makes & prints the coupons using their "Lockbox" account and these coupons include a bar code to simplify the deposit entries. We also include envelopes with bank address to encourage property owners to send their payment directly to the bank. Our Treasurer gets weekly emails from bank showing the list of payments.

Emailing me, I can send you the word document and instructions I made.
Otherwise, it could be a week (due to a family emergency) for me to sanitize the form for posting.

Example:
Find [Name]
Replace with: Your HOA
Click replace all

WE USED to do that. now 90%^ people pay online and it takes 1 hr to process the 20 people that are still stuck in 1980 that pay via check. we are going to charge a $10 check processing fee next year so I'm guessing that will go down to 5 people.

I don’t think they are going to answer 18 years later.
