Just wanted to wish all the regulars here Happy Holidays.

Tim, JohnC, Melissa, NPS, Glen, Michelle and whoever else I am forgetting at the moment.

And all the visitors who stop by each year. Well most of them.

Hope you enjoy a safe and Happy Holiday Season.

And to those who have made this site possible Best Wishes to You and Yours also.

May all the PIAs move somewhere else and may all your issues be minor ones.

Twas the Night before Christmas, and all through HOA,
Not a board member was stirring, not even CCO...
When what to my wondering eyes do appear?
Why a Jolly fatman parking his sleigh in the "no parking" zone...
Quick to the phone I did call, to report such a violation...
The rest of the year, no presents for me...
So have a Merry Christmas to all, and no this did not rhyme...

Got up this morning. Sleigh and reindeer tracks all over the place. Definite violation of our pet rules (how many and size), no on-roof parking rule, and poop pickup rules. Cookies and milk gone. Coal in stockings. Think it's the same guy as last year. Nothing in our bylaws about it. Need help. Any suggestions?

Many nice thoughts for this special holiday. especially like crotchety 'ol JohnB's!

Wait, I think JohnB's crotchety quotient has declined!

Had to play Scrooge today. Have good view of our pool and, trying out her new online skates, a young teen was zooming/staggering around the pool a few feet away from the whole area's glass enclosure. No wheeled rec. devices allowed in any of our common areas. Security handled it. But...wish it had been on a different day.
