Let me bullet some facts:
Yes, President is a crook, I have proof from the first time several of us homeowners viewed receipts
* he has been reimbursed for thousands of dollars without receipts
* we are trying to get him out of office but too many older people in the sub wont believe the proof even in black and white
*We viewed receipts once and only had a hour time limit, more time is needed and now not allowed by MGmt Company
* At the annual meeting the lady from the MGMT company told the membership it is our right to view the receipts and can
do so by appointment.
* now that proof is found, they are back peddling, and I am assuming the President is putting a stop to this, BUT he cant
because it is public records.
* no the MGMT company does not sit in the meeting room with us, she brings records and leaves, everything is very organized
* we are trying to get enough homeowners to hold a special meeting to get him out of office
* we are planning on doing a flyer with all our proof and sending it to all homeowners
* he has been president for 14 years because NOONE ELSE WOULD nor does he have a full board because noone will work with him.
* there is a vacancy for VP and 2 of our volunteered, yet he wont fill the position unless it is someone who will side with
him and never question him.
