I am the president of of our small homeowners association in the state of Missouri and have a question reagarding the enforcement of the rules and regualtions.

Our HMA has annual dues of $200.00 year, but we have one member that has not paid for two years. As a HOA, what are our options to get this member to pay his dues?

William, read your Declaration of CC&Rs; they should define what can be done. It may include late charges, interest, filing a lien, and foreclosure. Policies and Procedures (Rules and Regulations) on delinquent accounts should be established and distributed to all owners prior to taking any action.
