Regular board meeting minutes must be completed within 30 days of meeting. Is the deadline the same for executive session minutes?

When should executive session minutes be completed? Know they are not available to members.

I would just have them approved at the next scheduled meeting.

Drafts of the regular meeting minutes must be a available for Owner review 30 days after the relevant meeting-- in Calif. they should be approved at the next meeting. since some HOAs meet quarterly, that's when they'd be approved.

I've never seen a legal deadline for the board to review the draft minutes. Why, Betty, would it be longer than 30 days after the relevant meeting?
