For those HOA's with gyms, what are your operating hours?
Our Pool hours are from 9am -10pm. however, the pool use hasn't been an issue but use of our gyn has been an issue.

Out HOA's hours of operation is 6am -10pm - no restriction of resident use, however we do have limited hours for children swimming because we are an age restricted community.

Our gym is open from 5am - midnight. There are no cameras in it and access is with a fob.

How do you think changing the gym hours might handle whatever your gym issue is, Nicole?
