Should be an issue question....

When there is a changing of the Guard, the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, does the policy need updating to add the new names - or is for the HOA, and whoever is currenty President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer...?

No need to revise names. The policy is issued to the association without any names of officers or Board members.

Thanks Roger... this follow-up question is more of a "duh" question. Shouldn't new directors either have a copy, or at least view the policy (check for existance, currency, etc)?

Jadedone, some directors ask for a copy. However, almost all I've been associated with do not.
