Hello All,

I'm a new board member in our community. Actually our community was just turned over to the home owners last week. Our management company has been sending me info and one of the items is our current vendor contracts. One of our contracts is for "hosting" service as it relates to our keypad entry to our pool. Why also have a monthly expense of a data line, which I understand. I'm just curious if any other communities that have keypad or fob entry systems have this hosting service as well.

or

do it yourselves - nightmare because of continuity issues

the 'fob syatem' must be programmed and the database maintained CONTINUOUSLY
