I have been on the Board of our Condo Association for 1 year. I am looking for sample letters that other associations have sent to members who do not follow leash laws.

Leash laws should be administered by your local government or did you mean leash covenants or rules.

I agree with Glen.

Laws are to be enforced by the appropriate government agency (police, animal control, health dept., courts - for civil law). Additionally, leash laws may not be applicable on private property (and most common areas are considered private property).

If, as Glen suggests, you mean violating covenants or common area rules, then the same letter used for one violation would be used for other violations. Example:

Dear abc,

It has been brought to the attention of the Association of an issue with xyz.

Per [site document and provide language]

The Association (Board/Committee) expects you to resolve this issue by mm/dd/yyyy
