I live in a very large complex in northern California for people 55 and older. There is a rule that young children can only use one of the four pools we have here. They are limited to the hours of between two and five.
That seems fair enough as it is a retirement community, however other guest that members bring to the various facilities have not restriction on the hours they can use the facilities, tennis courts, pools, etc as long as they are older than 21. Is that kind of restriction against federal law which strictly forbids discriminating against children unless it involves the safety of the residents.
