We are going to be painting our complex this fall and plan on changing modifying the colors to some extent. According to our Condo Doc's and our lawyers opinion we are going to have to comply with the requirement of having 51% the units approval in order to change anything from the original colors. Our lawyer also has been sitting on providing us with a form to submit to our owners for going on a month now and seems unresponsive despite numerous phone calls.
Quite frankly we are running out of time, finding another lawyer a little more sensitive to our needs is certainly something our board needs to consider at a later date. Does anyone has a sample of "something" or could point me in a direction where to find a sample ballot to send to the owners asking for a simple Yes approving the change or No, leave it like it is?

This is one we used in 2011 when we had several amendments to the documents.

Note: we printed the ballot in black and white so the colors didn't affect how the ballot actually looked.
