Hello -
We are a very small HOA of only 15 houses. We do not have a mgmt. company as they are quite costly and are doing things ourselves as a board of 3 members. Recently, a homeowner is selling their house and has asked our HOA to write a letter stating the dues are current, etc. Does anyone have a sample letter of this kind?

If that is all that is needed, the solution is simple. See attached sample.

If sending it via e-mail, I prefer to sign the letter and then scan it as a pdf document. Then e-mail the pdf document.
