Okay, I just could not resist sharing this with you all. We have a neighbor (1) whose back yard looks directly into a cow pasture thru a chain link fence. Her next door neighbor(2)who loves animals has been feeding these cows for several years She neighbor (2) now has complained that neighbor (1) sprinklers spray into the pasture and the "cow patties" smell. Okay, neighbor (2) you are the one who feeds them duh!!!

So please let us know how you would address this complaint! HA! HA!

Complaint? It is none of the HOA's business. Tell the neighbors to deal with themselves.

That is funny, Karen. With JohnC46, it's a neighbor-neibor dispute & doesn't concern your HOA.
