Hi all.

Has anyone had success applying myers briggs (mbti) to your board? I just discovered I am an iNTP on a board with no other NT types. An iSTJ just joined, so that may help. But what I am learning helps me understand why we clash so badly. I read Keirsey's "understand me please" book this weekend. And I like how he ties the types to historically observed types.

No.

I just try to be civil and listen to others. If I disagree, I try to understand the issue as perceived by the other individual/s as this may have me change my position or better explain my position so they might understand the issue from my perception.
