Do you have to let the board know that your tenant renting your condo is on the section 8 program?

Almost all communities require landlords to inform management of a home being rented. The association needs to keep documentation on rentals vs owner occupied, etc., as for having them know that they are section 8; legally you would have to ask an attorney. However, to keep open communication between you and the board letting them know the occupants of the home is the right thing to do.

I don't believe that's the case. In our association documents there is no requirement to notify the association of any rental, only any change of address of the owner. How would an association enforce such a requirement?
