If the officers of our Social Club have to be posted in advance if we are not discussing financial matters or making any decisions but are rather discussing the issue of the organization of the Social Club coming under the HOA or being a separate licensed and insured organization. We would like to get a feel of the individual committee officers before the membership meeting of the Social Club.

My lay interpretation of: 720.303 Association powers and duties; meetings of board; official records; budgets; financial reporting; association funds; recalls.—
is that as long as you are not spending money or doing ACC approval then no you don't have to post the meeting. But I would limit it to one meeting before you get the reputation of holding secret meetings, allowed or not. (emphasis added)

(2) BOARD MEETINGS.—
(a) A meeting of the board of directors of an association occurs whenever a quorum of the board gathers to conduct association business. All meetings of the board must be open to all members except for meetings between the board and its attorney with respect to proposed or pending litigation where the contents of the discussion would otherwise be governed by the attorney-client privilege. The provisions of this subsection shall also apply to the meetings of any committee or other similar body when a final decision will be made regarding the expenditure of association funds and to meetings of any body vested with the power to approve or disapprove architectural decisions with respect to a specific parcel of residential property owned by a member of the community.

Thank you for your reply and I understand the stress on only having one such meeting as someone will surely accuse the officers of exactly that - secret meetings.
