I am just trying to see if anyone in NC can tell me where I can find what the % rates are for NCHOA. I went by the CPI but everybody keeps telling me to look in the CC&R but it only tells me what the consummer price index is.The board of our HOA laughs and thinks I'm crazy when I tell them they can't raise the dues over a certian % unles its voted on. TY
