I live in 55plus community. At one tome my home was the park model/office. We are scone owners and want to make some improvements to our home, but building permit office will not give us a permit because the lot number on my lease is not listed on prospectus.

Since the land is leased from someone, it seems that you need to take this issue up with the landowner/lessor. It would appear that he is the cause of the problem and it should be his responsibility to fix it.
