Park owner delivered each resident a new prospectus. Our lot number is not listed on prospectus. Our home was at one time a model and the park office. We are the second owners. Prospectus given to us from original owner of home had our lot number listed as 0. We have lived here 3 years and want to make an improvement -- cannot get one because we are not listed on the prospectus.

You need to check your deed to find out if you are part of the Association. It has happened where the attorney forgot to bind lots with the deed restrictions. If that fails you could always ask the BOD or MC how you should mark your request.

If your lot was not included in the covenants, I would ask if any of the CCRs apply to you. Do you need their approval for anything then? Stating that position should draw a response I bet

"0" may be considered a number. Kind of like "Patient 0". It's the ORIGINAL spot of which everything sprouted from. So I wouldn't assume you are not part of the association because of the assignment of "0". Just means you are the original lot.
