new law requires all HOA's in Florida to register. What happens if they don't? It seems like no one will check and nothing will get done. this was required by November 22nd 2013. thanks for any input.

I can't say for sure about FL.

When VA started something similar, they didn't initially have anything in place about what occurs if you didn't file. Now, I believe that there are financial penalties.
