In Florida, if requested, do all contracts agreed to by the HOA Directors need to be made available to homeowners for review? There is nothing to hide, just wondering.

Thanks in advance for all responses.

I do not know about Florida law, but in any state, any HOA, if an Owner wanted to see a contract they should be made available to view at the office of the MC.

You should submit a request in writing to be allowed access to the OFFICIAL RECORDS of the ASSOCIATION per Fla State Statutes...Chapter 720--- They have 10 days to produce such requested documents if not they have to pay you $50.00 per day 10 day total.....Per Statutes.........It is always BEST to make your request in writing so IF you file for mediation you have proof to show the State they indeed have not complied......LindaC
