Greetings all,
Our 21-unit single-family residence (detached) condominium association is considering applying for
FHA certification. I'm wondering about the experience others have had with this process. For example,
what was the most difficult part to complete? Were you successful? If not, why not? Or was the process
so arduous that you just gave up? And any other helpful hints would be appreciated. Thanks.
