We are neighborhood of about 564 homes. We have swim, tennis, playground, and volleball courts. We are not satified with our current management company. Any ideas?

We use CommunityOne and their website is www.e-comunityone.com. We brought them on after the board tried self-managing and then using a mangement company geared toward condos. We have been pleased with them and have used them for about 4 years I believe.

Hi Alan:

I would suggest checking out CAI's website - www.caionline.org (if I remember correctly) and find your local chapter's link. Most local chapters have a list of member-vendors who work in the HOA business. Also, check the yellow pages for property management, etc....then check out the companies, ask for recommendations; ask anybody you know in an HOA whom they use.

Thanks very much for the tips. I got in touch with CommunityOne and they are coming out on Saturday to assess our property. VERY professional thus far!
