Does anyone have a keypad entry system that is programmable over the internet? Ours is almost 15 years old and is an analogue system. It needs to be able to call to the homeowners land line or cell phone when a visitor comes, but also we want to be able to program codes, get reports and schedule over the internet. Thanks

You might want to try Elite by Chamberlain.

Here is their website: http://www.liftmaster.com/lmcv2/pages/productfamily.aspx?famid=58

Allison,

Our HOA is having a system installed that allows our property manager to access the pool gate and clubhouse door from the internet. It allows for instant reporting as well. Find yourself two or three decent security companies to consult and obtain bids. This is normal technology as of late 2013. Have no fear. By the way, we're installing a system by Keri. I don't think it's the most up-to-date but it's rock solid.

I can't speak for systems that allow multiple board members to access the system and make tweaks or pull reports. You probably don't want that.
