10 years down the drain

For months we were subjected to the ranting of Crazy Mike the anti-HOA zealot from Mass. The lies, promises and predictions never ended about how he would single handedly end HOAs as we know them not only in Mass. but across the nation. He would protect the Constitution, truth, justice and his version of the American way.

Recently, the courts ruled on his latest appeals to decisions that went against him. Those appeals were denied as were all the others.

The link below provides the details as to the status of his cases. Now all closed or denied. Michael Reardon the one man HOA wrecking crew who in the end slapped down no one. Who changed nothing. Who accomplished ZIPPO. Even with his on-line legal degree he failed.

10 years of right fighting to prove some point in his mind alone and in the end 10 years of total and complete failure.

Funny how Mike has quieted down and ridden off into the sunset.

Perhaps reality has sunken in for him. Hopefully, his fan club and followers don't take the news to hard. Their hero was a fraud.

Larry with all due respect the lesson some people should take away from all of this is that there are snake oil salesman like Mike and OTHERS out there willing to sell you a bill of goods as to how YOU can get YOUR way in YOUR HOA.

Mike suggested on several occasions suing your HOA was the way to go. Mike suggested cases have been settled supporting HIS version of reality.
Mike claimed courts had ruled in similar cases to his in favor of the plaintiffs. Mike claimed to have an understanding of the law and why it would rule in his favor. Mike like others made it sound rather simple, cut and dry and easy. Guess after 10 years reality shows us all something far different.

Mike in fact was or is a liar. SO...... before you file a suit against your HOA better do your homework and find out if what you are doing is even possible. Mike claimed it was, when NONE of his actions succeeded.

Mike Reardon is a fraud. A wind bag loaded, hot air spitting fraud.

Beware of people who promise YOU what YOU want when they can't even get it for themselves............

i've ignored the entire fight between Mike and others here, and will continue to do so. But, there's a piece of golden advice in the OP's original post:

Everyone would do better in life if they remembered and practiced that.

Myself, when someone makes claims and promises as to what they have done and what they plan to accomplish I have an interest in finding out in that is fact based.

Some people just might not be forthcoming with their behavior and that requires an effort to determine for yourself whether their version is true or not.

But that requires a little time, effort and attention span longer that a few hundred words.

You don't even know if Mike is who he says he is or someone pretending to be the individual involved in this or other cases.

How will you determine that?

For me it's entertainment and typically when its raining outside.
