I am the Treasurer of our condo’s HOA and we are considering switching bookkeepers next year. We’d like to run a transparent and objective process for evaluating potential bookkeeping firms and are considering issuing an RFP.
Because this is the first time we’ve done this, I’m wondering if anyone has a sample RFP for bookkeeping services that they could share? Of course, we’ll need to tailor it for our particular situation, but any starting point to work from would be a huge help.
