We have a good deal of issues to deal with in our building. I try to keep all of my fellow board members in the loop, and from time to time, I need their input. Well, one is really good at responding. Then there is another, who based on a personal vendetta against me, will poo-poo on everything. I have two more who just don't respond.
While I think I need a majority to make decisions, do I really? Is it better to get the one board member in support, go ahead, and then vote after the fact at the next meeting? (better to ask forgiveness than ask permission) Need brainstorming to get things done!
