HOA President take over

I live in Indiana we have a man that is buying up homes ok that is fine but he is the president and kicked everyone of the board but his family and is going to add more family members on the board then they want to get 51% of the homes then take over our homes. How can we remove him legally. We are a trailer park on a lake and some trailers, manufactured homes. If he can by however means to put liens on our homes and remove us from our homes he wins big. I know this can take years but we have to stop him. He locked up all the records to the HOA stopped us from voting by delaying it till after the date we were to vote which stated in the bi-laws 1st Monday of June and then he held it on the 1st of July which then said it was against the bi-laws to do so. Which then he kicked off the other members and had police there and lawyer wouldn't let us in our club house. This is really scary we all work hard for our little piece of America and yes it my just be a trailer or a manufactured home but it is our home. Please help.
