Our BOD has restricted parking in the streets for owners, with sanctions. The CC&R's specify that all restrictions promulgated for owners shall also apply to all guests of any Dwelling Unit. Yet the BOD allows parking by guests but not by residents, viz. Any guest could park my car in the street but I can't!

Clearly a stretch, John

One valid way to get an issue resolved is to suspend owner privileges like pool passes, parking permits, etc. As guests do not have privileges per sic, how can one take them away?

what is the issue you are having with the association?
