I've read through many of the postings here about executive sessions. Do the executive sessions require minutes? And is it correct to assume that the minutes should not be shared with the homeowners?

Charles, no minutes are required since no votes should be taken. All votes should be taken in open session. You are correct, items discussed in special session are not shared with the homeowners.
