I seen a reference on this site a while ago about a person in the CO. state legislation who was a chair-person who was going to crack down on HOA abuses and develope a network for people to file complaints about their HOA but I can't fine that message with that subject. Can any-body from the CO. group on this site give me a name/address,official state title, as there are local state congress people in the state of WA. who are also keen on the idea of developing a complaint system geared towards regining in some bad HOA Boards.Thanks for your help.
