Hello. I am searching for a general Homeowners' Association document. One that is very vanilla. Sort of like those pre-fab wills you can buy at an office supply store. Does anyone have one of these?

Hi, Wendy- I see that no one has responded to this post yet. Perhaps you could identify your state, the type of housing association you live in (condo, coop, other), ande be a little more specific about what you are looking for. Sample Bylaws? Rules? Articles? Proprietary Leases? Etc.
