One of the people in my neighborhood is using the alley behind my house to dispose of their dog's doo. I need to get someone to help me make this stop, I can't enjoy my pool unless I clean up the stuff. Who do I go to for help.

Anna, I would first go to the guilty neighbor. If you are uncomfortable do that, or if they will not stop, then contact your Community Manager who handles complaints. There may also be a City ordinance which your City's Code enforcement officer or the police department handles.

I agree with Roger.

I just looked this up because we had a simmilar complaint. It's against our CC&Rs and it's a violation of city ordinances.

If talking to the person doesn't help or you don't want to do this, contact the city or county animal control department.
