Hello all.

I need to send a landscaping proposal to my client. The problem is that I haven't got a template for it(. Can you please help me to find this information?

The only template I've found is here: http://www.quoteroller.com/proposal-templates/landscaping-proposal-template/

Has anybody used this software?

Why not ask the contractor to provide one? They should have their own contracts written up as well if they are professional enough. Just work from that to make modifications.

What I did in our HOA is I had a map of the neighborhood with the house/land layout. Available at the courthouse for subdivisions. I used it as a guide for each home. I then made a color key on what was considered exclusive use or common property. You can apply any color key you feel you want it to represent. I also made a separate list of all 107 lots with special notes for each one. Some owners had dogs so made note of that. Some owners did not want their backyards mowed at all. Various reasons for each owner if I knew that information. I also made note of those who were behind in dues. They were to be mowed only and no special treatments.

This really helped everyone involved. The lawncare had an idea of what to watch out for and preferences to cut down on complaints. It was a good system and kept the lawncare people in the loop with the HOA. It also helped define our contract better.

Hoping your post isn't an advertising ploy, you're saying that you are in the landscape business and don't have a bid/contract offer template?

This site would typically address the issue from the client end. That is, where we would draft a proposal to solicit bids from contractors.

All our works are guaranteed!/div>

I laugh when I see lines like this. It means nothing. How about following up that line with an example and a action step if the customer is not sastisfied.
