Im really concerned about where my quaterly dues go i think the owner of the community is pocketing some of the money without any one knowing because this community does not do any thing nothing i mean nothing is maintained except the eletric for the street lights and gates thats pretty much all they do. So today was the last day that the golf course will be open so its going to turn into a wild jungle and soposibly somecharter school is going to be put in its a charter school pepin charter school and there going to put it in on the golf course and their going to lease the land to them so the owner of the community is going to covert the golf course to a sepior 9 hole course and is going to add all these fancy things to it but this is what he is telling the residents i actually asked the county zoning department if the golf course was actaly going to happen and they said they never heard of it so basicaly he is lying to every one about this school about how its going to increase our property values which it wount because it is a state funded autistic school and the new golf course their going to put in is a lie just recently they had some one resurface the street and it was a poor quaility asphalt and it started to crumble and some one fell and craked open their head and they told the owner of the community about it and he said "you get what you pay for" i dont know what to do this guy is a complete LIAR!!!
