Not sure if it is politically correct anymore to wish anyone "Happy Easter" but doing it anyways...

Here are some fun Easter related HOA questions this morning. Enjoy!

The Easter Bunny left some droppings in my yard, can the HOA do something about this?
What are the risk if children decide to hunt for eggs in the common area and get injured?
If the lawncare people run over a lost egg, who is responsible for damages?

Even the Easter Bunny can cause issues in your HOA! Who knew? Now for that pesky Tooth Fairy...Can we restict late night parking? Mmmm... LOL!

Actually, our Board voted to BAN the celebration of Easter a few years back.

Then when the holiday hits anyone seen with any Easter activity we fine and drag them into court to make them pay up! Adding on the legal fees to increase their cost!

One year we threw an 80 year old lady out of her home through foreclosure she went out on the street. The Board and our attorney worked out a deal after taking ownership sold the place for a big profit and split the money between the lawyer and the Board members.

Paid for my annual vacation that year. $$$$$$$

That is how we have used out of the box thinking to make Board service here worth our time and effort.

Screwing our neighbors, taking advantage of the elderly, fining people constantly with new rules we never made them aware of, violating their Constitutional Rights, and destroying the sense of community our property ever had.

Lets hope we get some fine money this year.............
