Our board has the private Executive Session right before the General Session. When the homeowners are called in for the General Session I have noticed our Ombudsman always sitting at the back of the room, and has attended the Executive session. This paid Ombudsmman is a homeowner just like the rest of us, and is not a board member. I can understand why he would attend a hearing when their is a dispute between homeowners, that is part of his job. But I don't understand why he would be sitting in on private business when he is a homeowner and not a board member. Does this seem right to you folks.

Yes, Nancy. They are attending upon request of the Board as the Ombudsman, not as a homeowner.
