Hello...Our ART Committee issued minutes of their monthly meetings for some time, then abruptly stopped. The Chair of the committee refuses to let us see minutes, saying, among other things, they are confidential. If anyone is familiar with PA law in this case, would appreciate an opinion.

Tim, thanks...I did that and yes, we are in a planned community. There is a statute that reads in part...."Financial and other records shall be made reasonably available for examination by any unit owner." I suppose there may be some interpretation of "other records", but I believe that means meeting minutes that are recorded and kept by the archetectural review team.
