TRANS-STATE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
6434 Denver Industrial Park Drive/P.O. Box 545, Denver, NC 28037
www.trans-state.net

Thanks for letting me contact you and your staff. Trans-State is a family owned water and sewer utility contractor that has been serving the Carolinas since 1973. We have over 80+ combined years of experience installing, repairing, and rehabilitating water, sewer and storm sewer lines.

By letting Trans-State maintain your sewer lines on a yearly basis, we can keep money in your pocket by preventing D.E.N.R fees, manhole spills, house backups, pump & haul bills and middle of the night emergency calls. We can identify and fix inflow/ infiltration problems and maintain your yearly cleaning requirement at the same time

For a full extensive look at our company please view our website. We would be more than happy to assist you with any services that we have to offer. Feel free to contact me anytime. Thank you.

Sorry Tim for not reading the Forum's posting rules. I am just trying to help out communities out there.

I am not really sure that you could get insurance coverage for the water and sewage collections. All I know is that I think the town is accountable for the collections at the returning of the residence because they have come and washed those out and examined those when there was a issue.

In NC, from the meter connection to the house/private dwelling, it's the property owner's job. From the other side of the meter to the street, it's the city government.

That is spam listed above.

Kelly,

I also live in a community (155 patio and town homes) in Greensboro, NC. We are responsible for everything inside out "community". We became part of the "City" about two years ago...we were told at that time that we were considered a "private" development and were therefore responsible for everything within our "Community". We contract for everything from Street Lights, road repair to sewers.

We are, of course, working on a review of our (and other) private "Communities" since we now pay full city taxes (Higher (x2)) then what we were paying before and not receiving any services from the city.

While the initial post is "Spam Light" it is information that may be of valuse in the future.....

Ed
