As someone else said always entertaining to have someone come here whining and moaning about their issues with the Board then you ask a few simple questions and the picture becomes quite clear. Just might not be the Board that's the problem.

Recently, we seem to have many folks who just can't seem to put the pieces to the puzzle together. Many who thought they were real estate
savants now find out they purchased at the top of the market, paid much more than the property was ever worth, and are forced to sit in the ship while in sinks with them in it. Understandable they might be a little upset. Certainly does bring out the very best in some folks. Now this is the builders fault, the Board's fault or the old and stupid neighbors.
Try looking in the mirror old brilliant one.............

Over time it is impossible for some folks to hide what they really are.
When you feel free to insult everyone, those you know and those you will never meet serves as a sign you have little respect for anyone. But than
in La La land you should be respected. Nah...... doesn't work like that.

I truly enjoy listening to small minds trying so very hard to come across as bright people when all they are is a large empty barrel. Like when they resort to names calling, using names most second graders have long given up. And when we have a series of short bursts of stupidity as if they just came up with some amazing thought all by themselves. I know you are but what am I........

People like these give HOAs a bad name. People like these prove to my satisfaction the human race has not in fact evolved all that far. We still have plenty of simpleminded folks who clearly fail to understand their own widespread limitations.

So Melissa not to worry. When you consider the source of this tirade one would have to conclude this is a person whose life will never amount to much at all. Small litle world for someone with a small dysfuctional mind.

Yes, donuts, treadmills, double wides, fat, footbal teams, state residence these are all the words and concerns of a underdeveloped mind.
