I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW, WHAT IS THE PROCESS ABOUT THE VIOLATION BY THE FLORIDA LAW?
STEP BY STEP AND HOW WE CAN ENFORCE THE HOMEOWNER FOLLOW THE BY LAWS AND COVENANTS?
I KNOW THAT SOME NEW LAW COME OUT ABOUT 4 YAERS A GO AND WE CAN'T NOT LIEN THE HOUSE FROM THE VIOLATIONS,BUT CAN WE SEND PENAULT FEE IF THEY NOT COMPAINT AFTER THE TWO VIOLATION LETTER?
SO IF SOME ONE HAS OS KNOW THE FULL PROCESS, PLEASE HELP ME?

Go to www.myflorida.com......Look up Florida State Statute Chapter 720....Also refer to your bylaws and Deed restrictions for any additional info....LindaC

Fernando--- You may want to rely on your By Laws or Deed Restictions for guidance....While Florida has Statutes that HELP govern HOA and the process they are not a cure all for all situations. Your problem has not been fully identified in this post so until you can be more accurate about what ails you - we may not be able to help you with your problem..... LindaC
