One individual insisted on using a LC3MM flooring foam underlayment on his second floor condo between the new wood flooring that he recently
installed. I was concerned that the neighbor below would hear the noise and that the LC3MM foam underlayment was not the right
product to use .... does anyone have experience with this product.... We are trying our best to prevent a lawsuit by the owner in the
condo unit below against the condo owner on the upper unit. Yes, there are other product that he SHOULD have used that are unquestionably
much better.....
