Thanks for confirming my call of you as a typical NY douchebag. Yes, i am aware of all the ramifications. Also, i am aware at your inability to read, so go have another donut and take your coat off the treadmill and use it. (the treadmill that is) peace out
This for me is one of the interesting aspects of sites like this. Rather than people watching you get to people listen. And with time most people show you what they are and level at which they operate at.
Now I COULD come back and sink to the simpleminded level of McGrath and insult the entire population of Pa. Truthfully though I can not do so for several reasons. One, I spent a few years there attending college and for the most part the people I met there were decent folks who always treated me well. The second part, which clearly escapes someone with the mental makeup of McGrath, would be the fact that lumping together the entire population of one state (NY having a population of nearly 20 MILLION) and suggesting they all are _________s shows a clearly limited mind at work. Yes, in the world of the slow minded entire groups of people are to be written off their opinions not to be considered. Pretty clear to me McGrath's gene pool just wasn't all that deep.
And YES I read things pretty clearly. The neighbors are old and stupid, the Board members are bozos, the builder runs the property, and McGrath is the ONLY one who knows it all.
Then the story changes, now the "community" is upset about?????????? and McGrath is simply looking out for their best interests. You know the old and stupid ones. And then when you dare to question his wisdom you are insulted. Do you really think I give a crap about what simpleminded fool like you thinks? Do you really think your version of wit proves anything other then you being a moron?
My guess McGrath bought a piece of property that today is worth less than what he will pay for it over time with principle and interest. My guess looking back buying into this development was a BIG mistake because of the market crashing and the financial difficulties of he builder. My guess McGrath is not a happy camper and being unable to comprehend that some of this might have been no ones fault and some just might be his own fault, he chooses to blame everyone else.
Is it hard to figure out why people might not respond to his e-mails. Is it hard to understand why someone might not want him serving on the property's Board? Is it hard to put together why this Board might choose to hold private meetings? Is it hard to come to the conclusion that McGrath is at least a part of the problem? With his kind and thoughtful desposition and all.
I find it entertaining when small minds try to use their words in insulting people. Try, try, try as they might to muster together some meaningful display of their knowledge of the English language in an aggressive form they fail.
"Also, i am aware at your inability to read, so go have another donut and take your coat off the treadmill and use it. (the treadmill that is) peace out
now we have donuts, treadmills in an attempt to prove some point? My gosh what wit!
who doesn't even begin to realize the small world in which they reside.
McGrath referred to his neighbors as "old and stupid" my opinion he would fail to rise to even that level......maybe stupid on his best day.
