Hi,
I've got a very nasty letter (multiple pages) about our current president and some board members (annual meeting is at hand of course, perfect timing). My question: how does this "author" expect to get my vote if she/he/it did not bother to put her/his/its name? It says "signed by several educated homeowners", but no signatures... Even if the facts are correct (nothing related to the hoa business, just personal) and it appears to be public information, these "concerned" homeowners did not leave any info whom to select as new board members and next time I get to vote, do I need to get a background check?

IMO it someone fails to stand behind their comments and beliefs by providing their identity then whatever they provided is garbage.

That would be the method of cowards............

I agree with JeaneK...Whoever this is will show up the meeting and show their true colors. They will ultimately come off as a "Nutjob". Stay away from the nuts. They don't work but crack up! LOL!

Funny, how many people post on here on how they are going to "Write a letter to everyone about the truth". Your reaction to this letter is probably what 95% of the people have when they read such stuff. The other 5% of like mind and will fall for about anything.

It's your vote and your opinion. Express it. Don't enforce it on someone else...Good for you for ignoring this letter and taking it as face value...

I hear everything people say, but i only lend credence to things when there is multiple sources...be careful about jumping on board with one source
