I have tried to find forms on the internet to no avail. Does anyone know where (besides making the tip downdown) I could get a copy of the forms than non profits are requred to file?

We are a 43 unit senior condominum in NE.

You may also find them at an office supply store like Staples or Office max. They are in the area of making your own rental agreements. There are some with just paperwork and some with paperwork and a CD. They rarely are on the shelf but you may be lucky. There are Incorporation documents in this do it yourself format just may have to look it up online at their site. The cost is minimal at less than $25.
