Take a look at davis-stirling.com as they sometimes have examples of various forms.

Perform a search on this site as many have pasted examples of the forms they use on various threads.

As our forms are available on-line you could possibly use them as a guide:

Join CAI. Community Associations Institute. They are kind of pricy but they have model documents for almost everything.

As Timn said.

Search on this site and many sample/typical forms will pop up. I know there have been several Proxy Forms both Directed and General posted by several including a combination one posted by myself.

There are some at Staples or Office Depot in the area of rental agreements. They are do it yourself type forms that cover a variety of subjects. They aren't always on the shelf items. You may have to search onlin for do it yourself documents. There are 2 versions. 1 with just the paperwork which is cheaper. The other comes with a CD and the paperwork to get started. I have seen some for Articles of Incorporation. The price is less than $25 and they are to cover all states. I've never bought any myself but have reviewed them. It is helpful to get you in the right direction.
