hope the association has a good lawyer...and that they keep really good records on the calibration of their radar!

The state of Arizona tried photo radar cameras for about a year. It was a big failure.

About half the vehicles photographed were police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances responding to emergencies. A lot of photos were not useable as evidence due to dirty license plates and windshields.

One mobile photo van operator was shot and killed by an angry motorist who had never even been cited for speeding.

Then there was this guy, who was photographed speeding at least 37 times while wearing either a monkey mask or a giraffe mask.
