We are having a budget meeting on Thursday. The proper notice went out, 14 days in advance and mailed to each HO. My question is since a budget meeting is a board meeting can other topics be discussed besides the budget with out any other notification? I can't find anything in the statutes saying otherwise.

If the only thing on the agenda was the budget, then IMO other business cannot be acted upon.
