Behind every good man is a BETTER woman...LOL! Are they going to go to jail for this? No. Husband and wife can be viewed as 1 entity/unit. So who really cares who is doing the work as long as it gets done? Let her decide to divorce his lazy butt once she is tired of doing all his work...It is all volunteer labor anyways...

Brian,

Is there any problem with the work?

Are you on the board? if you are perhaps you can volunteer to perform some of those duties.

Well by gum let's stop her and make sure the work doesn't get done!

Really- a couple of things. CA is a community property state and absent a special legal agreement she has an ownership interest in the property. And you really want to stay focused on whether there is some real problem- like excessive costs, or poor work, etc.

Thanks for the laugh, Melissa.
