Our POA has a property manager who oversees our groundskeeper. The groundskeeper is the husband of the manager. Both have the approval of the majority of the board. Some members and board members see a conflict of interest here. What do you think?

Randy,

Both of the people in question are vendor/employees of the HOA and its board. No conflict that I can see and I'll assume the board is transparent, financially, so that board members get reports on monthly bills as well as have their books audited by a 3rd-party - which is par for the course for many HOAs no matter a business arrangement.

If you're happy with your services, leave well enough alone. The complainers aren't gonna stick around if someone has to roll up their sleeves.
